The purchase of a Country Home


Things to consider when deciding a home for many moving to the country be ready for some changes you cannot aware of. Here are some helpful insights to consider.

1. On site well and septic

Well water pollution and quantity. Some dug wells will go dry this coming summer.

Older septic. What is by the ground? Is it a concrete tank. What the actual fact that field bed? When was the water pumped last?

2. Homes built the lot more than 17 or 18 olden days were 2"x4" framing R12 and enjoy R20 insulation. Newer house's are 2"x6" framing R20 and start R40 insulation.
